A very solid question. To be honest, I would not call myself savvy in my east coast knowledge. I just assumed on the fly that if Penn and Ohio were involved, then NY completes the trioka. I think I was not right, but quite frankly, I was so caught up in Donnie Iris, that I was not concerning myself with it.
